What To Expect
At The Way, you will be welcomed into an authentic, friendly environment. For a Sunday service, you can expect:
- Coffee, tea, and snacks
- Authentic worship
- An engaging message taught directly from the Bible
- Creative ministry for your children
- Time before and after service to meet people
FAQ's
What is the service like?
Coming in, you’ll be greeted by a friendly face to help you find your way around. In the lobby, there is the Check In location for Children’s Ministry as well as information on our community involvement. The service will start at 4pm. After worship, Pastor Jeff will deliver a message right from the Bible. There's plenty of time before and after service to meet new people, talk with friends, and explore what we offer.
What kind of music is played for worship?
Our goal is to express our love for God through an authentic, intimate, and passionate time of music. We play current worship songs and some traditional hymns.
What should I wear?
It's up to you! We’re pretty casual, but we also have people who enjoy dressing up. It doesn't matter to us. We want you to relax and be comfortable.
What about my kids?
We love kids! We value children worshiping with their family, so kids stay in for worship before heading off to their age appropriate classes. For your convenience, our Nursery is always open. Discovery Depot is where children from birth to fifth grade can hang out with their friends and learn more about Jesus. The Children's Ministry page has more information.
How can I get connected?
Talk to someone around you, and let them introduce you to the people with common interests. You can fill out the connection card in the bulletin and put it in the offering. Someone from the church will contact you to answer your questions. You can also check out the Connect tab on the website.
